The TOEFL iBT® Complete Practice Test simulates the real TOEFL iBT® testing experience with real past test questions from all four sections
Scoring
This practice test provides scaled scores and performance feedback within 24 hours for all four test sections.
- Reading and Listening – The feedback includes the number of correct/incorrect responses, a scaled-score range (0 to 30), and feedback analysis that helps you understand your performance level.
- Speaking – You speak into a microphone to record your responses. Responses are scored by the SpeechRater℠ automated scoring tool. This tool uses speech recognition technology to measure pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and grammar. Scores from the four responses are combined and converted to a scaled score from 0-30. For more information about the SpeechRater℠ tool, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions.
- Writing – You respond to the questions by typing your essays in the provided fields. Responses are scored by the e-rater® automated scoring tool. This program uses natural language processing techniques to evaluate grammar, usage, mechanics, style, organization and development. The e-rater scores for the two written tasks are combined and converted to a scaled score from 0-30. For more information regarding e-rater, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions.
