Exciting news! The TOEFL Young Students Series is making its way to Fiera Didacta 2024 in Florence, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of it. From March 20th to 22nd, we’ll be attending Fiera Didacta, the biggest educational fair in Italy.

What are we doing at Fiera Didacta Florence 2024
We have a comprehensive lineup of sessions together with ETS Global focusing on different aspects related to language teaching and assessment.
In our sessions specifically designed for primary, middle, and secondary schools, join us as we showcase how the TOEFL Young Students Series can enrich the educational experience, making language learning fun, effective, and rewarding for all involved.
Here are the details:
March 20th at 11:00 – 12:00 – Empowering Educators: Making Learning Visible with TOEFL® Young Students Series
Good teaching starts from where the students are!
Join us to learn all about the TOEFL Primary and TOEFL Junior Tests, part of the TOEFL Young Students Series!
As part of this session, we will share insights into how TOEFL YSS can assist primary and secondary schools in supporting English language programs. We will also show different ways how schools can differentiate and personalize English instruction so their students feel confident about their progress and show their learning.
March 21st at 11:00 – 12:00 – From Scores to Stories: Empowering Learners and Educators through TOEFL® Young Students Series
Self-efficacy, learners’ belief that they can learn and improve, has an essential role in education. However, in a classroom full of students from different backgrounds and a wide range of proficiency levels, teachers find it challenging to create an engaging and positive language learning environment.
TOEFL Primary and Junior Tests were successfully used in a three-year-long international Erasmus+ project (2020-1-NL01-KA226-SCH-083132) in which primary and secondary schools from three countries (the Netherlands, Denmark, and Finland) collaborated on innovative approaches to English language teaching and learning.
In this talk, as project co-coordinator, I will share best practices and key takeaways from the project with specific examples from the real classrooms, with a focus on CLIL, to inspire you and guide you to take the leap to integrating innovative approaches.
